  1. @ValeroStudio Yes, the idea is to make one video tutorial for V-Ray for
Sketchup and V-Ray for Rhino per month. Also include new V-Ray materials.

  3. To change how texture looks on plane, you can go to diffuse. Click m change
to bitmap, now pick the brick. Now I'd you go to a sketchup bucket, and I
    adjust like regular texture.

I tried to render materials and everything was fine till this message
appeared at the time of clicking the "R" button. " We have encountered
error(s) while trying to render. Please check the error log for more
details." What can I do? please help. I already looked for the answer and
Its not on internet. Thank you.

  8. Cool tutorial but you guys forgot to say that materials with displacement
map should be applied to separate geometry (like group or component) in
    order to work.

  11. Thank you for making this point. I just figured that out before seeing your
comment - it was driving me crazy. For everyone else - check Sketchucation
for an entry "[Example] V-Ray Displacement Post by thomthom on Thu May 27,
2010 10:10 am" for more details.

  18. When I select a bump map for a material and click on preview all looks
good, but then when I do a render the bump map looks like it's made by
thousands of little maps instead of one. How do I solve this? thank you!

  19. hey, when i add the image to the displacement bitmap, the scale of the
image is too small and i have to get the cam really close to the texture so
the render recognize the displacement, how can i change this image scale so
when i put the complete scene i the displacement is on its correct size?

  24. Iam having a problem with my textures. When i render, my bitmap materials
is not showing at all. I need to render a screen with content, but, since
is not showing the content, the screen appears as blank.
