  1. If this guy is really interested in making love work for him he might
consider trying to get treatment for his OCD and other neuroses. But my
guess is that he has out right refused treatment. Again, this is just my
guess, obviously I don't know. But I do know other people personally who
have OCD and they think that their neurotic behavior somehow makes them
special, that it is cute. Well, it might be cute. At first. But try living
with it day in and day out, month in and month out, year in and year out.
It gets old real fast. And the fact that the OCD "sufferer" is completely
unapologetic and also completely unwilling to get any professional help
    makes matters even worse.
I noticed some of these same attitudes in this poet. Such as when he said
something to the effect of he hates that the new guy will only kiss her
once even if it's not perfect. As if only his OCD behavior is good enough.
Well, OCD behavior is not good. Not even a little. It's not normal and it
requires treatment. I have OCD along with depression. I've been in
treatment for many years and while it's not perfect it has been very
helpful. But I have watched some other members of my extended family put
their parents or significant others through sheer, unadulterated hell with
    their unapologetic OCD behavior.
He is a talented poet. I hope he gets the help he needs.

  2. This isn't fictional. My family knows his family.

  3. This poem is beautifully written but what about this girl? Why is she the
bad guy in this? The villian? She put herself before someone else for her
own good. I understands this guy loves her, but how can people sit and say
    she was wrong to leave?

Edit: This comment is in response to some of the other negative comments in
this video regarding people blaming the woman, not about Neil Hilborn
making her out in a negative way. Sorry for any misunderstandings regarding
    this.

  6. My great aunt seems to be developing a little bit of OCD, but it's not that
extreme. Although it's still very annoying to me.

  8. This is ........ very strong and passionate. I don' know how to put it in
words. But..... being obsessed to this extend, it's ........ I mean the
    woman he loves

What am I talking about????? To love and be loved are the most lovely gift
one can ever get from life. But.... how long can this last? It is at this
very moment he express his feelings, this gentleman is so passionate, so
sure of his love, soooooo.... but what about a year later?

  19. My OCD is very mild, I only count my steps, move my fingers a lot, count
the vowels in the words and look for those with all five vowels, and often
I repeat my sentences twice or thrice... but I can still understand it.
