ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to hear your nesting ! My son has been living with this
fruit loop dingoes for almost 2 years, been together for 3+ years , This
is her first baby, But my son has a 6 1/2 year old son, from his first wife
( Well first and ONLY ) His ex-wife left him when the baby was 18 months
old, she left the baby with him, but he ended up letting her have Jayden
back,
Stephanie was one of those women who " couldn't " do anything because
she was pregnant :( She NEVER went into the nesting part of her
pregnancy, she didn't have any of Jackson's clothes washed up, didn't have
his room fixed, didn't have the crib or bed up, NOTHING ! Her mother had
to try and get it all done in the 4 day's that they was in the hospital ! (
My son work's for Perdue Chicken plant 7 days a week, and he work's 6-14
hour days on 3rd shift plus he's a man, he didn't know where to start
decorating, organizing, and setting Jackson's room up, and I lived to far
away to go do it daily, and there was NO WAY I could do it all in 1 day. )
She didn't even have the ( 3 baby ) shower gift's put away and we
all gave her showers in March and he wasn't born until May....SO LAZY !,
Babies outgrow clothes, shoe's and toy's so fast I wouldn't worry about
what others think, as long as the clothes aren't stained, doesn't have
hole's or whatever in them I think Consignments, yard sale's, Thrift
store's are a GREAT place to find new or like new baby items ! I'm doing
this 127 yard sale that come's threw Tennessee once a year, and I've been
buying Jackson up some bigger clothes, he's 3 months old, in 0-3 month
clothing, so I'm buying 6-9 month, 9 months and even 12 month sizes for him
I'm just sticking them in a tote with the size on the front of the tote,
and he's pretty set till he's 1 !
Oh another thing, 0-3 months are very big on 90% of all babies, so I'd get
a few Preemie's ( Babies up to 6-7 lbs.. can wear preemie clothing ) and
I'd get a tom of NB, they will fit up to 7-8 -9 lbs. , so be sure to get
preemie and NB sizes as well as the 0-3 months.
I'd LOVE to hit your clearance sale's, NOT only do we have this new
grandson, but my husband's Niece is expecting her first baby and I will be
hosting her a baby shower, and I'd love to find some great deals for small
items for the baby cake I'll be making her. I've been finding some
invitation's, wrapping paper, baby toy's, and a few other things I can use
for decoration's.

I always wash my baby/toddlers clothes in this sensitive anti bacterial
ReplyDeletestuff and even at low temp it kills all bacteria without shrinking or
colours running :)
No makeup? It looks like you have eyeliner on...
